Instructions:
Matte and properly prepare the nail plate.
Apply an acid-free primer (for example, the acid-free primer BONDER 15 ml).
Rub a small amount of SMART BASE onto the nail plate
Cure under the lamp: 2 minutes UV / 40 seconds LED
