Orders & Delivery

What are the delivery times?

We prepare and ship orders very quickly: most parcels are delivered within 24 to 48 hours in Belgium. Times may vary slightly for the rest of Europe.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay: VAT included, with no extra charges on delivery.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Our shop in Strombeek-Bever (Temsesteenweg 151) welcomes you by appointment only. Contact us to arrange a time slot.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Our online payments are 100% secure. We accept in particular Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, KBC, ING and Belfius.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, we accept cash payment on delivery within Brussels.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes, all our prices are displayed VAT included.

What does « TPO-free & HEMA/Di-HEMA-free » mean?

All our products are formulated without TPO and without HEMA/Di-HEMA, controversial ingredients found in some gels. This means you work with safer products that comply with European standards (EEC).
